One-day workshop will be on November 10

Join us for an inspiring, hands-on workshop where sustainable design meets creativity and craftsmanship! In this four-hour session, you’ll focus on composition and connection as you create your own necklace, pendant, or earrings while exploring key design principles such as balance, rhythm, and proportion. Combine these principles with fundamental jewelry elements to remix and reinvent repurposed and found items-  an old piece of jewelry or a unique object—into a one-of-a-kind accessory.

Guided by Amanda Hufford, you’ll first engage in research and ideation, followed by technical demonstration, then production.  The workshop will conclude with time for photo documentation and sharing your work. Give new life to items from home—such as small shells, old costume jewelry, beads, buttons, or anything you might like to transform—or choose from our selection of materials.

No prior experience is necessary. Whether you’re crafting a special piece for yourself or a loved one, this workshop is for all skill levels with curiosity and a willingness to explore! Space is limited, so register today to secure your spot! Each participant will leave with a unique and meaningful wearable art.

Instructor: Amanda Hufford

Cost: $70 for TAG members ($125 mentor level) and above and $85 for non-members
