6-week Session, Saturdays: July 19, July 26, August 2, August 9, August 16, August 23
This 6-week session starts July 19, 2025 and registration will close after that date.
This six-week session builds on what participants have learned in previous wheel classes. Students will continue learning to throw on the wheel to make functional pots, plates, bowls, cups, and mugs. Additionally, hand-building techniques will be introduced to enhance thrown pieces, like adding handles to mugs and colanders or decorative elements to cups and plates.
Students MUST bring their clay tools, a 2 1/2 qt. bucket, hand towel, and small sponge. Aprons are provided, but feel free to bring your own or just wear old clothes. Each participant will get a 25-lb. bag of clay, the opportunity to glaze-fire pieces, and access to the open studio. Space is limited!
Instructor: Clay Blanchard
Cost:
