*PLEASE NOTE THIS CAMP IS Tuesday-Friday*

The Art Gallery at Congdon Yards partners with the High Point Museum to bring all things pottery!  Students will learn about the history of pottery while using handbuilding techniques like pinch, coils, and slabs to create their own personal pieces.  Students will also have an opportunity to practice on the pottery wheel. All clay pieces will need at least 2 weeks to dry before being fired in our kiln. Students will have the opportunity to return to TAG to glaze and/or paint their finished pieces. Families are invited to a pottery demonstration at the High Point Museum on Saturday, June 15.

Snacks and water will be provided. All students and families are invited to the art show at the end of camp.

Cost: $125 for TAG members and $140 for non-members
