Flavia Schaeffer Nazareth is the creative founder behind Little Blank Canvas Art Studio and MAP – Mindful Art Practices, bringing over a decade of experience in art education, trauma-informed care, and neuroscience-inspired coaching to her work.
Rooted in certifications in art therapy, neuro‑psychotherapy, trauma‑informed coaching, and mindful parenting and currently completing a Harvard Medical School Certification in Lifestyle Medicine and Wellness, Flavia started Mindful Art Practices a few years ago to support tweens, teens, families and adults in emotional regulation, resilience building, and self‑awareness—integrating art with neuroscience and developmental understanding. As a mindful parent and teen coach, art therapy practitioner, and Safe and Sound Provider, she offers a compassionate, non‑clinical approach for deeper connection and healing.
Now extending into mindful art workshops for adults, Flavia offers a nurturing environment where creativity intersects with emotional well-being—empowering participants to explore, express, and grow through intentional, trauma-sensitive art-making.
