At The Art Gallery at Congdon Yards (TAG), we offer a unique blend of private workshops and versatile event space rentals tailored to your needs. Whether you’re looking to host an interactive workshop, a corporate meeting, or a team-building event, our facilities are designed to inspire creativity, foster collaboration, and leave a lasting impression on your attendees.

Private Workshops: Our private workshops are designed to provide hands-on art experiences. We offer workshops led by experienced instructors passionate about sharing their expertise.

Space Rental: We offer flexible space rental options ideal for meetings, team-building activities, and other corporate events. Our modern and spacious facilities can accommodate groups of various sizes. Whether you need a room for a brainstorming session or an open space for team-building exercises, we have the perfect setting for your event.

2-Hour Rental: $200

Rental Includes:

30 minutes before/after for set up and clean up)
Large private classroom
Tables and chairs – seats up to 25
Flexible seating for workspace and/or presentations
Smart TV
Coffee shop/dining facilities nearby (within walking distance)

3-Hour Rental: $300

Rental Includes:

30 minutes before/after for set up and clean up
Hands-on 2D art activity with an instructor (your choice of activity from varied options: painting, drawing, printmaking, etc.)
Large private classroom
Tables and chairs – MAXIMUM # 15 participants
Flexible seating for workspace and/or presentations
Smart TV
Coffee shop/dining facilities nearby (within walking distance)

3-Hour Rental, Access to Clay Studio: $400

Rental Includes:

30 minutes before/after for set up and clean up
Hands-on activity in our clay studio plus access to large private classroom
Tables and chairs – MAXIMUM # 15 participants
Flexible seating for workspace and/or presentations
Smart TV
Coffee shop/dining facilities nearby (within walking distance)

Cancellation Policy: $50 cancellation fee six+ days from the date of the event; no refunds if canceled five days or less
