Event Details

Through a series of two-hour sessions enter the world of handmade book structures. Participants have the opportunity to make as many different books as your time allows. Each class covers vocabulary, tool use, resources and materials while building a functional handmade book structure during each session.  These classes are wonderful for teens through adults. A great hands-on learning experience for book art to create your own journals, gifts for giving, fundraisers or the classroom.

For the last books of the June session, join the fun of creating your own Flag, Tunnel, and Carousel books.  Get inspiration from examples, explore your creative ideas, and get the answers for how to bring them to fruition through the creation of books that lend themselves to a variety of mediums and ways to utilize their structures for self-expression.

Cost:
Members: $35/class, 4-Class Pack $120
NonMembers: $45/class, 4-Class Pack $140
