Welcome to the Expressive Art for Emotional Wellness class where we will explore the landscape of emotions through creative expression. In this workshop, we will dive into the rich world of emotions and learn how to navigate them in healthy and constructive ways.

The class will be structured around a series of activities and exercises designed to help you explore and process your emotions. We will start by introducing the concept of emotional intelligence and discussing the importance of acknowledging and accepting our feelings.

Next, we will explore different creative mediums that can be used to express emotions, such as writing, painting, music, and movement. Through these activities, you will learn how to channel your emotions into productive and meaningful forms of expression.

Throughout the workshop, we will also discuss various techniques for managing difficult emotions, such as stress, anxiety, and depression. We will explore mindfulness practices, breathing exercises, and other techniques to help you stay centered and grounded during challenging times.

By the end of this two-hour workshop, you will have a deeper understanding of your emotions and how to use creative expression to heal and grow. You will have gained valuable tools to help you navigate the landscape of emotions with greater ease and confidence.

This workshop is open for high school aged students to adult students.
