Have you ever wanted to take an art class but were overwhelmed by the whole thing? Or maybe you wanted to take a painting class
Have you ever wanted to take an art class but were overwhelmed by the whole thing? Or maybe you wanted to take a painting class but it all seemed so advanced and you might say to yourself “I just want to learn how to do perspective” or maybe “I just want to learn how to mix colors.” Well, we have the answer for you, TAG Basics. This collection of classes will approach a different art related project or concept each week. There will be six classes in total but you don’t have to take all six. You can choose the ones that you want and sign up just for those.
Pick a Tool – Confused about what brush to choose when working in watercolor as opposed to the brush you would use with acrylic? Curious to know if watercolor works best on paper or board? Want to learn the basic tools artists use and why? This class will be for you. We will cover the “here’s why we use this for …..” and “this is why we don’t use this for……” Understanding what tools to use when makes it easier for when you are ready to break the rules!
Instructor: AE Reed
Cost: $30 TAG Members and $40 for non-members
