Fabian Tapia was born in Cuenca, Ecuador, a tourist city that appreciates art in all of its various forms. From a very young age, he was surrounded by my family, including my parents, sisters, and uncles, who are also artists in different fields. This motivated me to continue growing in the arts.
He studied Design for five years at the University of Azuay, where he learned various branches of design, including objects, textiles, graphics, drawing, and painting. Fabian had the opportunity to participate in group exhibitions with his classmates at the Cuenca Municipal Gallery and the University of Azuay Gallery.
He really enjoys drawing and painting, which he continues to do to this day. He taught fine arts in Ecuador for 22 years. He taught drawing and painting, along with different techniques, to children and adults, who greatly appreciated what they were learning.
He wants to continue teaching drawing and painting to those who live here and to develop a love for the arts.

Nací en Cuenca que está ubicada en Ecuador, una ciudad turística y amante del arte en sus diferentes disciplinas. Estuve rodeado desde muy pequeño por mi familia, incluyendo mis padres, hermanas y tíos, quien también son artistas en se diferentes facetas. Este me motivaron a seguir creciendo en el arte.
Estudie Diseño durante 5 años la Universidad de Azuay en donde puede aprender las diferentes ramas del diseño: objetos, textiles, gráfico, dibujo y la pintura. Tuve la oportunidad de participar en exposiciones colectivas con mis compañeros de estudio en la galería del Municipio de Cuenca y en la galería de la Universidad de Azuay.
Me gusta mucho dibujar y pintar, lo que sigo haciendo hasta ahora. Fui profesor de artes plásticas en Ecuador durante 22 años. Enseñe el dibujo y la pintura con sus diferentes técnicas a los más pequeños hasta lo mas grande, quienes tomaban mucho aprecio para lo que iban aprendiendo. Me gustaría seguir enseñando el dibujo y la pintura a los que moran por aquí y desarrollando el amor por las artes. Que el arte siga viviendo por medio de usted!
