Out of the Box

TAG is excited to announce a summer long exhibit for the community. Out of the Box is an exploration into the limitless creative possibilities of cardboard as a medium for artmaking. See Greensboro artist John Gibbs create his stunning, representational sculptures during a special artist residency in our Doris P. Deal Gallery. At the same time, immerse yourself in the creative worlds of Durham artist Calvin Brett who uses cardboard and reclaimed trash to build monumental sculptures and site specific installations. We invite the entire community to join us in creating cardboard art all summer long thanks to generous support from the Arts Council of Greater Greensboro!
